Which system should I purchase?
It depends on your usage, needs, and preferences.
You should definitely purchase the full 10 year Parts/Labor warranties.
How long will my system last?
In SW Florida, on average 10 years.
When should I replace my system?
It depends on your warranty. You should replace your system when it requires a large expense to repair. This usually occurs when the system is out of warranty.Â
For example, if you have the full 10 years Parts and Labor, you will not have a large expense during those 10 years.
However, if you only have a 5 year warranty, then you may receive a large expense beginning in year 6 and that may be the time to replace.
